Complete workflow for microarray projects that result in hybridization
- Test Array Service
Appropriate if an initial microarray performance assessment for an expression assay is desired prior to conducting a full scale project
- Hybridization Only Service
Investigator submits target cRNA/cDNA compatible with Affymetrix processing for a particular assay and core performs target QA, hybridization, and data prep/management
- RNA/DNA Sample Quality Assessment Service:
First step of the "Complete Array Service," but may be conducted as a stand-alone service without downstream microarray processing
