OHSU Gene Microarray Shared Resource

The OHSU Gene Microarray Shared Resource (GMSR) includes the Affymetrix Microarray Core and the Illumina Microarray Core and functions as a full-service genomics facility serving research scientists and clinicians with DNA microarray services.

About

The OHSU Gene Microarray Shared Resource (GMSR) was founded in 2001 with the mission of providing high quality, cost efficient DNA microarray services.  GMSR Users have applied microarrays to gain valuable insight on complex disease mechanisms, the effects of treatment therapies, the genomic profiles that underlie a disease predisposition, the basic Science behind developmental and other biological processes, stem cell Biology, and more.
