CORES: Core Ordering and Reporting Enterprise System

CORES Upload Schedule

Monday, April 1, 2013: Core facility order entry deadline at 5 p.m.

Wednesday, April 3, 2013: CORES upload to the General Ledger no later than between 12 noon and 2 p.m.

General guidelines for CORES billing schedule

1st working day of each month: CORES order entry deadline at 10:00 a.m.

3rd working day of each month: CORES upload to the General Ledger between 12 noon and 2 p.m.

The Core Ordering and Reporting Enterprise System (CORES) has been designed to facilitate the purchase of products and services from a wide variety of OHSU research related core facilities and shared resources, and to provide detailed information to researchers and administrators about core purchases. CORES is operated and maintained by the OHSU Vice President of Research's Office as part of its mission to support all OHSU researchers, core facilities and shared resources.

Once you get set up as a user, you can review core-related charges for products and services you have purchased by using CORES on the web.
