Laboratory Assays & Analyses

The OCTRI Core Laboratory can complete the following assays and analyses. The Core Laboratory can also conduct new analyses based on a protocol's unique needs. OCTRI also collaborates with the OHSU Gene Microarray Shared Resource (GMSR), which provides access to microarray studies attractive to clinical researchers. OCTRI nursing staff can help collect clinical samples and the Core Lab can prepare RNA for microarray analysis. Data analysis support is also available through the Gene Microarray Shared Resource.
