The North American Research Conference on Complementary & Integrative Medicine
The North American Research Conference on Complementary & Alternative Medicine was held in Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 12 - 15, 2009. This conference was sponsored by the Consortium of Academic Health Centers for Integrative Medicine (CAHCIM), which consists of 42 leading academic medical centers from across North America. This is a follow-up to the very successful first conference presented in Edmonton, Alberta in May 2006, which was itself the third in a series of international meetings initially co-sponsored by Harvard Medical School and the University of California, San Francisco. 2010 details coming soon.
Oregon Collaborative for Integrative Medicine
The Oregon Collaborative for Integrative Medicine or OCIM (pronounced 'Awsim') is a collaborative formed between the National College of Natural Medicine, Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, Oregon Health & Science University and Western States Chiropractic College that aims to promote integrative health through education, research and patient care.
