OHSU has long recognized the need for a comprehensive program that would provide the state and region an exceptional neurosciences clinical, research and academic knowledge base.  

In addition to our excellent physician leadership, our unit also has experienced neurosciences registered nurses and a clinical nurse educator.  The dedicated nursing staff, along with our highly skilled ancillary staff, have an enthusiastic spirit that is focused on providing our patients the best possible experience.

Our goal is to support you the community by providing the level of service your patients require and working closely with you to ensure the best possible outcomes following discharge.  We are deeply committed to the success of the Neurosciences Critical Care unit, as well as the success of our patients.
