Referring a Patient
Neurology is available to provide community physicians and their patients with the advanced services available at an academic medical center. Our neurologists are available to partner with community physicians to determine the best course of care for their patients.
You may contact a physician quickly through OHSU Physician Consult using the toll-free number, 800 245-6478. Our trained Resource Specialist will route your call to the appropriate hospital or clinic to notify the staff of your patient’s admission or appointment need.
Our clinics require chart notes and patient demographics faxed or marked for evaluation prior to making an appointment.
At your request, information about your patient will be faxed back to you.
