Biography

Dr. Cereghino`s special interests include epilepsy and clinical antiepileptic drug testing. He is the former NIH, NINDS Epilepsy Branch Chief, and the current supplements editor and Editor Emeritus of Epilepsia. He is also the past president of the American Epilepsy Society, as well as the past president of the Epilepsy Foundation of Oregon.

Paul V. Motika, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Motika specializes in caring for patients with epilepsy. He has advanced training in the diagnosis and treatment of many types of epilepsy, including difficult to treat forms. He also has experience with interpretation of electroencephalograms (EEG), as well as surgical treatments for epilepsy.

Biography

Dr. Roberts specializes in caring for children with epilepsy. He has advanced training in comprehensive epilepsy care, including medical management, interpretation of EEGs (electroencephalograms) and the evaluation and management of children for epilepsy surgery.

Martin C. Salinsky, M.D.

Biography

Dr. Salinsky has special interests in epilepsy and clinical neurophysiology. He currently serves as the director of the Epilepsy Program at OHSU. He received his medical degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1980, and completed his residency in both Internal Medicine and Neurology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison. Dr. Salinsky stayed at UW to complete his Epilepsy fellowship.

Biography

Dr. Spencer`s clinical areas of interest are treatment of seizure disorders/epilepsy and video EEG monitoring. The assistant professor of Neurology received his medical degree in 1993 from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. He underwent his residency training and Epilepsy fellowship at Stanford University in Stanford, Ca.

Biography

Kathy’s goal is to help her patients achieve the greatest quality of life, by providing them education and assistance to manage their epilepsy.  She received her Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from Washington State University. Kathy is very proud of her two daughters.  She enjoys the outdoors, loves to hike and canoe, and is an avid birder.
