Clinical Neurophysiology/Epilepsy Fellowship

The OHSU Comprehensive Epilepsy Center offers a two year training fellowship in adult and pediatric epilepsy including clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy surgery.

Application Process

To apply, please submit

  • CV
  • Personal Statement

Additionally, please arrange for the submission of the following

  • MSPE (Deans Letter)
  • Medical School Transcript
  • Up to 4 Letters of Recommendation (including one from your Residency Program Director)
  • USMLE/COMLEX scores

If applicable

  • ECFMG certificate
  • Gaps in training (provide explanation)
