Clinics and Appointments
Complaints of cognitive changes are not unusual as individuals age. However, these changes deserve careful evaluation to differentiate between readily treatable memory disorders and progressive dementias.
The Layton Aging & Alzheimer’s Disease Center offers clinical services in the Aging and Alzheimer's Disease and Memory Assessment Clinics at the OHSU Center for Health and Healing. We offer a multidisciplinary approach and our clinics are staffed by experienced neurologists, psychologists, nurses, and a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
Referrals to the clinic from the patient's Primary Care Provider are required. Information for physicians interested in making a referral
