Chiaki Gonda, BGS biography

Chiaki Gonda is a graduate student in Applied Behavioral Science at the University of Kansas and also works at the Research and Training Center on Independence Living as a Graduate Research Assistant. Her past and current research includes emergency preparedness for people with disabilities, and measurement and interdependence on independent living. Ms. Gonda has interned at Independence, Inc., a center for independent living in Lawrence, KS, and serves on the executive board of Ablehawks, a campus advocacy group for students with disabilities.
