OHSU Institutional Review Board

Purpose

The OHSU Research and Integrity Office (ORIO) is charged with protecting and assuring compliance under the laws that govern the rights and welfare of human and animal subjects, and the oversight of basic and applied scientific research at OHSU. The OHSU Institutional Review Board (IRB) is formally responsible for the approval, monitoring, and reviewing of medical and behavioral research involving humans

Procedure

PI applies for IRB approval at OHSU.

If you plan to continue to use or publish your results, do not close your human subjects approval.
