NOGA

PURPOSE

A Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) is provided by SPA when the account has been setup and expenses can be charged to the account.

PROCEDURE

1. PI reads Funder's Notice of Grant Award and makes note of Funder's Reporting requirements.
2. PI reviews OHSU NOGA
3. PI reviews any subsequent revised NOGAs (i.e following amendments, revisions, no cost extensions, etc)

NOGA includes, for example:

• Oracle number (GCDRC#####)
• Alias (901#####)
• Funder (prime funder if applicable)
• Funder's award number
• Project start and end dates (current budget period)
• Award start and end date (total years funded)
• PPQ #
• Setup budget
