Janna started off as a volunteer assisting in the spina bifida research in 2011. She was subsequently hired on as data manager for the Autism Treatment Network and the National Core Indicators project. Janna graduated from Portland State University with her Bachelors in Child and Family Studies. She has volunteered over 500 hours in non-profit agencies throughout the Portland Metro area and abroad. In her spare time Janna works at the Donald E. Long detention facility as a youth care specialist, pursing her professional goals of working and advocating for children, youth and families.
