Prospective Students
IEH offers degrees through the Division of Environmental & Molecular Biology (EBS), a unique multidisciplinary program that combines the study of the physical, chemical, and biological processes that affect human and environmental health.
Graduate Opportunities
EBS degree programs are flexible to accommodate your educational goals. We have the best features of a traditional university with the intimacy and attention usually associated with a small college. Our academic programs and research centers have attracted talented, world-class faculty and motivated students from around the world.
EBS offers courses that provide the foundation for research and professional careers. Courses are taught by faculty who are experts in their respective fields. EBS courses cover both the fundamental and applied aspects of biochemistry, molecular biology, environmental science, environmental engineering, and environmental information technology. A student's selection of courses is customized to meet individual needs and can include courses from other divisions/departments within OHSU.
