Jeremy Bushman, graduate student, joined the lab in August 2006. He received his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. His research focuses on the biophysics of KATP channels and mutations of disease.

Joaquin Espinoza Goodman (aka Pipet Nija Man), Research Assistant, joined the lab in June 2006. He received his B.A. in Physics and his B. Mus. in Classical Guitar Performance from Oberlin College and Conservatory in Ohio. He pursued post-baccalaureate studies in Biochemistry at the University of Oregon.

Malini Kochhar, Research Assistant, joined the lab in June 2005. She received her B.A. in Biology from Oberlin College in Ohio.

Yu-Wen Lin, Ph.D. joined the lab in July 2001 and received her doctorate in March 2006. Dr. Lin received her M.S. in Physiology at Yang-Ming University in Taipei, Taiwan.

Emily Pratt, graduate student, joined the lab in November 2005 and is working toward her MD/Ph.D. Ms. Pratt received her B.S. in Biochemistry and Neurobiology at the University of Washington–Seattle. Her research interest focuses on ion channel structure/function relationships.

Feifei Yan, postdoctoral fellow, joined the lab in October 2002 and is currently doing research in KATP channels and insulin secretion. Dr. Yan received her Ph.D. in signal transduction and breast cancer at Peking University Medical School in Beijing, PR China.
