Symposium Description

In today's market, employers who want to compete for the best talent have come to recognize the importance of providing accommodations for employees. This includes those with mental or physical disabilities as well as those who are returning to work after injuries that have occurred either within the workplace or outside of the workplace, such as returning service men and women. These sessions will present the most recent thinking and best practices on providing accommodations to workers, and for helping employees return to work after sickness, injury, and military service as well as those with lifelong mental and physical disabilities.
