Oracle Grants Accounting

OGA Training

Oracle Grants Accounting (OGA) is OHSU's system for managing grants and awards accounts, accessible via the Administration Information System (AIS). OGA is overseen by Office of Proposal and Award Management (OPAM) which offers a wealth of online resources.

Learners are introduced to the OGA module functionality. topics include identification and review of OGA financial reports, analysis of financial information, and application of financial data as it pertains to sponsor terms and conditions.

Audience:

All levels: Research Administrators, Department Administrators, Clinical Research Coordinators, and all other Research Staff.

Project Management with OGA

Learn to apply Oracle Grants Accounting reporting capabilities to excellent post-award project management. Office of Proposal and Award Management (OPAM) instructors along with a department fiscal analyst team up to guide you through the process of populating a generic project tracking spreadsheet, and help you understand who to contact when you need guidance. The true power of this course is that  you learn reporting processes and their rationale which you can take right back to your department and apply!

Audience:

Intermediate: Research Administrators, Department Administrators, Clinical Research Coordinators, and all other Research Staff who have previously completed OGA training.

Schedule:

3 hours, offered 3 times per year.
