Research Administration Training & Education
Research Administration Training and Education (RATE) operates within RDA's Office of the Vice President for Research (VPR) and is engaged in the effort to centralize training opportunities and resources for researchers, research administrators, and others working in support of the research mission.
Planning has begun to develop a comprehensive site that supports that effort. Meanwhile, this page is where to find links to current programs, existing resources, and new developments in training and education from RDA departments.

May Launch for "Essentials of Grant Administration" Course
Research Administration Training & Education (RATE) is launching a new course this spring specifically designed for research support staff who coordinate sponsored project funding. "Essentials of Grant Administration" is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of grant administration at OHSU from the very first steps of finding funding all the way to close-out and publishing.
Enrollment Open for InfoEd courses through TrainingForce
If you are required to submit your grant application through InfoEd to Grants.gov, please consider attending this hands-on course on April 24 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the BICC Library. Since the federal government has transitioned to electronic submission of grant applications through Grants.gov, proposals are submitted using either InfoEd or Adobe forms. .
