LOGGING YOUR VOLUNTEER HOURS
Once you have become a registered volunteer, one of your most important responsibilities is to keep track of your hours in the online Volgistics system. Please log in at least once a week.

Your login is the e-mail address you used when you filled out your online registration form
Your password is the last seven digits of your phone number (no area code and no dash)

Effective July 1, 2012, NEW RATES: Parking at Marquam Hill: All day is $6.00, four hours is $4.00, and two hours is $3.00. Parking at Schnitzer Parking lot: All day is $4.00
Tri-Met or C-Tran bus pass:

- C-Tran/Tri-met bus passes are good on all buses and light rail across the entire city
OHSU Tram:

If you ride 30 times (and track your trips via the online site), OHSU will pay you $50.00

One-Time Opportunities & Special Requests
Occasionally OHSU departments will contact the Research & Academic Volunteer Services about specific events or projects they could use some volunteer assistance with. Here are some current opportunities specifically available to current volunteers:
Undergraduate Opportunity:
OHSU's Vascular Surgery department is looking for a high caliber undergraduate student interested in medicine. This student will be joining a dynamic Research Team and partnering with an OHSU medical student for 8 weeks this summer.
Duties: This undergraduate student will work with a medical student to compete a chart review research study together. Additionally, they will have to opportunity to shadow our Physicians in the Vascular Surgery Clinic & Vein Clinic, as well as the Operating Room.
Eligibility: Undergraduate students interested in medicine.
Commitment Requirements: 8 week commitment.
