Please note that Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) approval is required prior to grant award set-up. Proposals are typically able to be scheduled for review on the upcoming meeting agenda if they are received at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting date. However, during times of peak submissions, this time may be extended. Also, if submitted materials are not complete and accurate, delay of review may be expected. Please plan your submissions accordingly and contact the IBC Staff (503-494-7887, option 1) for assistance with any of the details of preparation for submission.

The IBC meets bi-monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from 12-1:30pm and the 4th Monday from 1:30pm-3:00pm.
