The Oregon Office of Rural Health works with state and national partners to provide assistance and advocacy to rural and frontier communities and facilities.  This includes but is not limited to: federally funded assistance for certified Rural Health Clinics and Critical Access Hospitals, state funded incentive programming to recruit and retain providers and current data and reporting at the ZIP Code level to support planning at all levels. The following map shows the network of federally certified facilities that make up Oregon’s healthcare safety net.
