The Oregon Office of Rural Health utilizes population numbers from the Population Research Center at Portland State University to determine the definition of "Rural'.
The Urban/Rural Check List (June 2008) is a list of all Oregon incorporated towns, their population, and whether or not they qualify as urban or rural.
