The Oregon Office of Rural Health utilizes annual population numbers from the Population Research Center at Portland State University to inform its definition of Rural.
The Urban/Rural Check List is a list of all Oregon incorporated towns, their population, and whether or not they qualify as urban or rural by the ORH Urban/Rural Definition - based on 10 mile radius from a city of 40,000 or more.
The Rural Assistance Center has a form that creates a custom report of rural definitions.
