Latest Applications now OPEN for the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Community Partnership Program

07/15/16  Portland, Ore.

The OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Community Partnership Program is pleased to announce that the latest funding cycle for the program is now open.

Proposals will be accepted for projects that aim to address local, community-specific cancer-related needs. In addition to funds, grantees gain access to trainings, technical assistance and networking opportunities to enhance project success.

The program's intent to apply form and the request for proposals (RFP) document are available on the OHSU Knight Cancer Institute Community Partnership Program website.

Grants are available in three tiers: early stage (Tier 1) grants of up to $10,000, developmental (Tier 2) grants of up to $25,000 and program advancement (Tier 3) grants of up to $50,000. The multiple tiers of funding offer a method for organizations to take an initial idea and move through the funding tiers to develop a sustainable program.

Please contact the Community Partnership Program team at (503) 494-1617 (option 6) or email with any questions about the program or application process.

We hope you will consider submitting a proposal and/or sharing these details with colleagues or community partners that may be interested in applying. Working together, we can create robust, sustainable programs that benefit the health and well-being of all Oregonians and take another step toward ending cancer as we know it.
