ORPIN: Children's Health Equity Outreach Project Grant Announcement

The Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) is pleased to announce the Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) for the Children's Health Equity Outreach Project: Healthy Kids Program Enrollment Services, RFGA #2985, is posted to the ORPIN web site as RFGA #2985 - ORPIN Opportunity #DHS-2985-10.
This Project is intended to support Oregon's Safety Net Providers in reaching and enrolling eligible uninsured children of mixed documentation and undocumented families in the Healthy Kids program.
All questions and communication must be directed to the Sole Point of Contact, John Gardner, DHS Procurement and Contract Specialist (john.f.gardner@state.or.us). Program responses to the submitted questions will be posted to ORPIN for all eligible applicants to review.
