ORH CAH Quality Improvement Grant RFP
03/22/16 Portland, Ore.
The Oregon Office of Rural Health is offering a new funding opportunity to Oregon Critical Access Hospitals to support the implementation of new or ongoing quality improvements projects.
The funding is made possible through remaining reserve funds of $180,000 left by Oregon Rural Healthcare Quality Network (ORQHN) at the time of their closure this past summer.
This grant funding opportunity will provide up to nine CAHs up to $20,000 to complete their quality improvement projects.
Interested CAHs please review the Request for Proposals and all supporting information. We look forward to seeing your submissions and working with you through this process of quality improvement.
