Bridget is the most approachable, considerate manager of both the Admitting department and the ED. For the past four years she has toiled to engage and uplift the daily workflow for both departments for better customer service and overall quality care for patients. By uniquely guiding operations and designing optimal manuals, with training and other resources, she has brought Admitting and ED to a state of the 21st century work place.
Sounds funny but she is utilizing equipment to give faster, greater, and friendlier experiences to both patients and staff. Besides her greatness, she is overall number one in caring, patient, considerate, funny, generous and kind. Plus no one could dress better than Bridget. She is seriously the best manager/boss to work for. She has worked at OHSU a very long time and deserves recognition. During Bridget's tenor at the department she has increased revenue for OHSU by implementing a cash flow of thousands of dollars.
Admitting and the ED now accept deductible payments and co-pays due to Bridget's work and effort to get this program running. We have collected upwards of $4 million dollars in the past 2.5 years for the hospital. Even though there are challenges, Bridget rises above with her with intelligence and charm.
