We strive to provide the best possible healthcare experience for our patients and their families. As part of that process, we regularly collect data on the patient experience. While this data is useful for us, it can also be useful for the patient looking to evaluate hospitals and health systems.
Patient Experience SurveysWe currently contract with Press-Ganey to administer surveys that measure both the patient’s satisfaction and experience. A portion of the survey also includes questions from the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS). These questions allow us to compare our patient experience to the patient experiences from other organizations.
