Pregnancy Handbook
We have put together this book to help guide you through your pregnancy, childbirth and those first months at home with your new baby.
You should receive a copy from your OHSU prenatal care provider (doctor or certified nurse midwife) when you begin your care with us. This book is intended to supplement the information you get from your healthcare provider, books and articles, and childbirth classes. It is a great place to tuck in all those bits of information as well. When your baby is older, we hope this book will remind you of your journey through pregnancy and provide a legacy of that journey for your child. We also understand that birth is a family affair for many. We have developed special classes and other policies that help support them as well.
