Prenatal Testing CME Activity

Module title

“Counseling Patients about Prenatal Screening and Diagnosis Options-What you need to know to ensure informed consent”


Intended audience

OB/Gyns, CNMs, FNPs, RNs and Family medicine physicians that provide prenatal care

Presentation Description

Participants will be asked to complete a 5 minute self-report survey of current practice and complete a 5 minute pre/post education testing and analysis of the activity. The entire activity is approximately 30 minutes in duration.

Those who complete the activity will have the ability to offer recommendations for future training and education in this area. The data collected is strictly anonymous and secure. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive Continuing Medical Education(CME) credit and a certificate.
