Preparation for Birth Class
This comprehensive childbirth class covers all aspects of childbirth including: the anatomy and physiology of late pregnancy, the labor and birth process, signs and stages of labor, options for coping and pain management, possible complications and how to promote positive communication with your caregiver.
Register in 4th or 5th Month: Complete by Month 8
Class Fee: $120 per couple
Weeknight Series: 5 sessions, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Weekend Series: Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Sunday, noon - 6 p.m.
