Childbirth A-Z

This comprehensive childbirth class covers all aspects of childbirth, breastfeeding and caring for your newborn including: the anatomy and physiology of late pregnancy, the labor and birth process, signs and stages of labor, options for coping and pain management, possible complications and how to promote positive communication with your care-giver.

We will help you prepare for the first weeks of establishing a happy and healthy breastfeeding relationship with your baby. This class covers newborn appearance, hospital procedures, newborn characteristics, sleep issues and calming a crying baby.

Childbirth A-Z includes Breastfeeding Basics and Newborn Care. If you are taking Childbirth A-Z, you do not need to register separately for those courses.

 Register in 4th or 5th Month: Complete by Month 8

Class Fee: $135 per couple
Class Time: Tuesdays or Thursdays, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
Class Time: Saturday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Sunday, noon - 6:00 p.m.
