Spots, Dots and Clots Clinic

young woman in CWH clinic

Young women (ages 12 to 18) have unique concerns that may impact their gynecological health. Common experiences like menstrual periods and choosing contraceptives can be a challenge.

The Spots, Dots and Clots clinic is here to help, with everything from heavy menstrual bleeding to platelet disorders to deep vein thrombosis. The clinic's multi-disciplinary approach means patients will see both a hematologist and an obstetrician/gynecologist for evaluation and treatment.

The clinic is available for appointments two Thursdays per month.

Kristina Haley, D.O., specializes in caring for young women with bleeding and clotting disorders.

Maureen Baldwin, M.D., M.P.H., specializes in obstetrics and gynecology for adolescents, including medically-complicated contraceptive care.
