If you're not eating to satisfy hunger, then what else could be happening? Are you eating in response to other triggers, perhaps the time of day, appetizing food, boredom or stress? Combine coaching with the Am I Hungry?® Workshop
One-on-one coaching sessions will help you move forward with your personal development and health goals. Coaching can be done during, after, or in place of an Am I Hungry? Workshop.
As you focus on a new ways of managing your weight, your coach will be there to provide positive reinforcement, advice, additional information and support at every step. Because coaching sessions are handled over the phone, they are convenient and easy to add in to your schedule, giving you an added boost to help you accomplish important lifestyle changes.
Too busy to make it to class?
You may also choose to complete the "Am I Hungry®" program one-on-one with our health educator through individual coaching sessions in a self-paced fashion.
