Online Cervical Cancer Risk Assessment Survey
This survey asks about behaviors or traits that make you more likely to develop a cervical cancer. Having one or more risk factors does not mean that you definitely will develop cancer, only that you are more likely to do so. If you do have at higher-risk for cervical cancer, you can take steps to prevent the disease or catch it early when it is easily treatable.
