"Among the most important tasks I have had as Medical Director of the OHSU General Internal Medicine Practice has been to collaboratively formulate our mission statement which reads: 'Our practice is committed to promoting health and wellbeing through patient-centered care, using evidence–based practices and measured outcomes to create an environment of excellence based on mutual respect, flexibility, education and accountability.' I personally try to practice by this motto daily."
