Biography
Bonnie Nagel earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology, with an emphasis in neuropsychology, from the University of Memphis in 2003. Dr. Nagel completed her clinical internship at the University of California San Diego (UCSD)/VA San Diego Healthcare System and went on to complete a 2-year NIMH funded fellowship in Biological Psychiatry and Neuroscience, also at UCSD. After completing her fellowship, Dr. Nagel was awarded an NIH Career Development Award and was appointed as an Assistant Project Scientist in the Department of Psychiatry at UCSD. Dr. Nagel joined the faculty at OHSU as an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Psychiatry and Behavioral Neuroscience in July of 2006. Dr. Nagel's clinical interests are in the area of pediatric neuropsychology. Dr. Nagel has extensive experience in the neuropsychological evaluation of children and adolescents referred for a variety of conditions, including epilepsy, learning disabilities, traumatic brain injury, genetic/metabolic abnormalities, brain tumors, and attention problems.
