Biography
Dr. Milczuk joined the Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at OHSU in 1994. Currently he is on staff at Doernbecher Children`s Hospital. Dr Milczuk is also active in the CranioFacial Disorders Clinic, Pediatric Voice & Resonance Disorders Clinic, and the Doernbecher Sleep Program.
