Biography
Dr. Livingston spent her youth in Indonesia and India which contributed to a great range of interests. She completed her medical degree at Harvard Medical School and Masters of Public Health from Portland State University. She is Board-certified in both Family Medicine and Public Health/Preventive Medicine. Her clinical work is strongly rooted in evidence-based medicine, and she also works on state health care policy in addition to her clinical practice. Outside of medicine, she enjoys thinking about policy, reading, hiking, excellent food, and spending time with her family.
