Biography
Emily received her BA in human biology at Stanford University in 2001 and her MD in 2008 at Oregon Health & Science University. She originally hails from Vermont. She did an internship at Sutter Family Practice in Sacramento, California from 2008-2009. Her family medicine residency was at Providence Milwaukie Family Practice residency from 2009-2011 and she was chief resident at Providence Milwaukie from 2010-2011. She was awarded the Resident Mentor for Excellence in Teaching in her senior year of residency. Her particular medical interests are in women’s health and geriatrics. When not practicing medicine, Emily enjoys running, kite boarding and yoga.
