Biography
Dr. Kelly specializes in caring for children with heart problems. He trained in advanced imaging of the heart and uses ultrasound to diagnoses heart problems in children before they are born and as they grow into young adults. Dr. Kelly enjoys taking care of children both in the hospital and in his clinic. When not taking care of patients, Dr. Kelly, his wife, and their son enjoy exploring the city of Portland and the state of Oregon. Whenever possible, he also enjoys, golfing, fishing, and skiing.
