"I chose the Pacific Northwest because I love water: rain, rivers, wetlands, the ocean, water from a facet or shower head. I chose to practice because I love people. In the anticoagulation clinic I am fortunate to work with people in all walks of life, babies and centurians, pregnant women and teenagers, executives and artists."
As a nurse practitioner, Dr. Pascoe specializes in caring for people requiring anticoagulation. She has advanced certification in anticoagulation therapy and enjoys working with people having a variety of indications for this therapy. She appreciates working with other team members to coordinate the best care possible across our complex and comprehensive health care system. In addition, she is committed to exploring a variety of care options unique to the individual she is caring for. In her spare time, Dr. Pascoe enjoys her family, including her husband a Soil Conservationist and her two adult daughters, and friends. Activities she looks forward to include hiking, reading, art, gardening, and exploring the variety of food in the Portland Metro area.
