Dr. Billingsley does surgery for tumors of the liver, bile ducts and pancreas. He also treats patients with colorectal cancer, gall bladder cancer, cancer of the stomach and digestive system and sarcoma (bone and soft tissue cancer). His background includes specialized training in cancer surgery from the National Cancer Institute and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City.

Dr. Billingsley works with primary care doctors and other cancer specialists in Oregon and around the United States to help patients and families develop the best treatment plan. When possible, he uses minimally invasive surgery techniques to give patients faster recovery from surgery with less discomfort and better quality of life. Being a surgical oncologist, Dr. Billingsley operates on many patients with cancer, he has the necessary knowledge and skill to give each patient the very best care.

Dr. Billingsley enjoys spending free time with his two children as well as cycling, skiing and traveling.
