"I value the relationships that our Pediatric HIV Team builds with the families that we work with. Some of my favorite parts of being a pharmacist are talking with patients and families about the HIV medications and helping to make sure dose times and refills go smoothly for everyone."
Dr. Flynn, PharmD specializes in medications used to treat HIV. She helps patients and families understand all of their medications (how to take them, why to take them, how to organize them) and how to work with their pharmacy to get everything on the same refill schedule. She also helps with deciding on new HIV regimens, when needed, to best meet the daily schedule needs of patients and families to achieve 100% of doses taken. Devon enjoys teaching patients, families, other healthcare providers, and pharmacy students about the HIV medications. Devon enjoys spending time with her family going to college football games, having barbecues, and trips to the Oregon coast. She also likes hiking, live music, and traveling.
