I thoroughly enjoy being a physical therapist because it provides me the opportunity to help a variety of patient populations on a one-on-one basis. Helping people safely get back to the activities they enjoy and are passionate about is my priority. As a former college lacrosse player, I have a good understanding of the physical requirements and potential injury risks with sports training, and work diligently to help my patients return to their desired sport in an appropriate and criterion-based manner. I have also worked with patients who have vestibular or balance problems along with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses. When I’m not in the clinic, I enjoy woodworking, playing lacrosse, participating in Estonian folkdancing, playing pétanque (French bocce ball), and traveling.
