"William Osler, the father of modern medicine, wrote, 'The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease.' I get to know my patients on a personal level in an effort to provide individualized care that heals not just the disease process, but, more importantly, the person afflicted by the disease."
Brian grew up in North Carolina but has lived in various regions of the U.S. He believes the most important piece of medicine is developing a trusting and friendly relationship with his patients. Brian takes an interest in people from all walks of life and offers full-spectrum family medicine to every one of his patients. In addition, he individualizes care to meet each patient's needs, which creates a more long lasting and meaningful doctor-patient relationship. Brian is happy and qualified to care for newborn, child, adult, elderly and obstetric patients.
