Dr. DiPiero graduated from the University of California - San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine in 1991, and completed his internal medicine residency there in 1994. Dr. DiPiero has been board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine since 1994. He received his Master's degree in public health from the UCLA School of Public Health in 1997. Dr. DiPiero served as Medical Director at the OHSU) Health Center - Tigard, and is currently an assistant professor in the Department of Medicine. His clinical practice is focused on the care of patients with multiple chronic illnesses such as diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure. He is part of the Chronic Illness Management Clinic in the division of general internal medicine. His interests outside of health care include American history, politics, theater, and the study of languages.
