Biography
Tami Hoogestraat, Psy.D., was born and raised in the Midwest. She received a B.A. in Chemistry (Minors in Biology and Mathematics) from Arizona State University and completed her M.B.A. in Management from Golden Gate University while working for Procter & Gamble. When her husband got assigned to fly F-15’s in Virginia, Tami began a stimulating career in the beverage business. In 2003, she decided to follow her passion for people and began the Doctor of Psychology program at George Fox University, where she graduated with a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. She has had the privilege to work with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as families. She completed her Pre-Doctoral Internship at Warm Springs Counseling Center in Boise, ID.
