Biography

Sara Hohn, has been a nurse for 25 years and a diabetes educator since 1994. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Syracuse University in New York and her master's degree as a clinical nurse specialist. She specializes in outpatient diabetes self-management education and is an insulin pump and continuous blood glucose sensor specialist. Sara’s inpatient role focuses on blood sugar control of hospitalized patients. Additionally, Sara is a guest speaker throughout the community.
