Biography
Dr. Harper’s areas of special interest are ACLS and resident education. He currently heads the Emergency Care Unit at the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He earned his medical degree in 1989 from OHSU, which is also where he completed his residency training in 1992. Dr. Harper has been board certified in Emergency Medicine since 1994.
